Most of the time, tourists might visit Bali for the nature and the culture. Indeed, nature is very beautiful and the culture is very rich. You would be able to see and sense it everywhere, especially on the village part of the island. Yet, enhance your experience on the island by exploring the spiritual side. This tour is for you who are interested to know more about the spiritual side of the island and get to do it directly. First thing first, we will visit a Shaman. Locals believe that a shaman has some sort of special energy that could help us heal and clear any negative energy in our body. Shaman was the doctor of local people before the medical field was found and developed. Local people would still go to a shaman, even until now, if they feel like something wrong is going on with their body. They would bring a simple offering with a certain amount of money as a form of respect to the shaman. The shaman would start asking questions about what happened, since when the symptoms appear, and everything. Magically, the shaman would be able to know what is wrong with the person, or the person did some kind of mistake spiritually, or the family background, etc. After that, the shaman would suggest the person to do a certain ceremony either in the house or go to a certain temple and the person will start getting better. Believe it or not, these kinds of magic things are still happening among society. If you want to feel and experience the magic, come with me.

After visiting a Shaman, we will go to a famous holy spring water temple, Tirta Empul Temple. This temple is famous among locals, and tourists for its purification ritual. Most of the locals will visit this temple and do the ritual during new moon or full moon day. There is a big natural spring water source in the temple, preserved and protected by the compound. The purification area is located in Jaba Tengah which is the middle courtyard of the temple and there are two pools with 30 fountains which are all for cleansing. It is named accordingly and there are four categories of specific cleansing which are general cleansing, nightmare cleansing, swear cleansing, and land cleansing. 

After that, we can relax our body by enjoying some coffee and tea from a coffee plantation. Bali is known for its Balinese Coffee which is bitter and quite strong. Not only that, the island has many varieties of herbal coffee and tea which we would mix herbs and spices with coffee and tea. Definitely worth trying the unique and nutritious coffee and tea.
